- You want to get email reminders about due dates.

Guest Pay Troubleshooting
“Information doesn’t match our records”
- Double-check the Practice ID and Account Number from your most recent statement.
- Make sure your date of birth is entered in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
- Use the ZIP code from your billing address, which may be different from your current home ZIP if you have moved.
- If it still doesn’t work, call your provider’s billing office to confirm which ZIP code they have on file.
“Practice ID not found”
- Make sure you are on www.paymydoctor.com and not a different or fake website.
- Enter only the numbers, without any spaces, dashes, or letters.
- Call your provider’s billing office to confirm the current Practice ID.
“Can’t find Guest Pay option”
Some provider portals set up with Veradigm do not offer Guest Pay and require you to create an account. If you don’t see a Guest Pay option, register or call the billing office to pay by phone.
“Payment declined during Guest Pay”
- Check all card details, including the billing ZIP.
- Contact your bank, as they may have blocked the transaction.
- Try a different payment method.
Is Guest Pay Secure?
Yes, Guest Pay on the official www.paymydoctor.com uses the same security as the full login portal.
- 256-bit SSL encryption.
- PCI DSS-certified payment processing.
- We do not store your payment details after the transaction.
Important: Use Guest Pay only on the official www.paymydoctor.com. Some fake sites copy the Guest Pay page to steal payment information. Always check the website address before you enter any billing or payment details.
